- Arrive at work on time in the uniform provided, ensuring a neat and tidy appearance, according to the associate handbook.
- Have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club.
- Ensure that all reports are prepared and completely on time.
- Ensure that correct chemical handling procedures are practiced.
- Ensure correct fabric care procedures are followed per LSOP.
- Ensure that LSOPs are available, current and in effect and available for all associates to use as reference.
